We’re Samuel and Victoria Gonzalez, husband and wife, parents of five, and the owners of Scrammy’s. From the beginning, our goal has been simple: create a warm, welcoming place where people can sit down, enjoy great food, drink a good cup of coffee, and feel like they’re part of the family.

We’ve spent countless hours working together to bring this place to life — from building and decorating to planning the menu and getting everything ready behind the scenes. Our kids have been right there watching Scrammy’s grow from an idea into something real.

We’re proud to call Elyria home, and the support this community has shown our family before we’ve even opened our doors has meant more to us than we can put into words.

When you walk into Scrammy’s, you’re not walking into some big restaurant chain. You’re supporting a local family, a dream, and five kids who have watched their parents work hard to build something special.
